  We had a fire at our house while on vacation and was referred to this company by a friend. I can't say enough good things about everyone involved. COLIN was my main contact and from day one he was beyond AMAZING!! We had many issues with our insurance adjuster and Colin stepped in MANY times to get things done for us. He went to bat for us when insurance didn't want to cover something and always got it done so I didn't have to take time out of my busy schedule to deal with them. No matter when I sent him a message he was quick with a response including nights and weekends. I even got a response while HE was on vacation. Who does that? He NEVER made me feel like I was bothering him. Very friendly and easy to talk to as well.
  
  The team that packed out our house while we were on vacation did an amazing job and took great care with all of our house contents. By the time we got back from vacation the house was almost completely packed and ready to go to sanitation.
  
  The group that sanitized and delivered our clothes were SO nice and friendly as well. Made deliveries for our clothes anytime and every time it worked for me. The electrics were removed and sanitized the day after the fire.
  
  The fire sucked but Highmark took the majority of the stress off of us. Couldn't be more thankful for this recommendation. Truly AMAZING
